William Butcher (just "Butcher" to his friends) was embraced and abandoned along with his "brothers" Huey and Mars, and once they understood what had happened to them, Butcher suggested they needed an underground hideout to make sure they could stay out of the sun. In truth, he was already eyeing Hugh's stepdad's Under Augustine Arcade.
From the back room of the Bizaarcade, Butcher runs a prostitution ring that reaches a surprising distance across the city, and caters to a shockingly high class of clientele for his personal situation. Most of his business is conducted online, through a series of private websites, personals ads, and "dating" apps. He and Mars drive the girls around in his mother's Prius when necessary. Mostly, he just has them Uber.

Butcher speaks English.

Butcher and the Bois sleep in a converted back room of the Bizaarcade, which also serves as the office for their criminal enterprises. The arcade is run by Hugh's stepfather in the daytime.

Allies

Butcher has minor connections with just about every hotel and bed & breakfast in town. Oliver Hoyt is a Vice Cop who is a long-time friend of Butcher's Family.

Enemies

Any Kindred who gets involved with the sex trade in San Augustin is likely to butt heads with Butcher. The Antinoris are wary of his expansion, and the Lonely Ones are likely to clash with Butcher when their Police Influence runs into the Bois' criminal enterprises.
Butcher has also developed a rivalry with another pimp, Johnny Carlisle.
