Cai Johnson

Cairo Johnson has been working in Used Car Lots since he was a teenager. In 1964, he started moving cars for his father, and he was working in the Autobody Shop before he was Eighteen. Before that, he was delivering packages for his Uncle Butch, doing odd jobs for Butch's gangster pals, and boosting cars to sell on the side.

When he took overhis Pa's dealership in '73, he had already (behind Pa's back) bought out his number one rival and killed the two men who opposed him. Since then, he has only continued to succeed - purchasing his third dealership in 1980 and the fourth in 1992; all while branching out into the Mexican Car Market by selling stolen and repossessed cars across the border.

Recently, he's actually angered the cartel, by cutting ties with them, abandoning that market in favor of selling to the Canadians. Needless to say, the Mexicans are more than a little pissed, but Cai is confident in his Ventrue allies and the fact that he is a kindred, and they are all just cattle.

Cai was embraced in 1994, after selling an armored limousine to the ghoul of the Ventrue Primogen. In the course of that deal, Cai was introduced to Agatha Wayne, who would become his Sire, despite her distaste for his "New Money" attitudes and sensibilities. She was, it turns out, entirely taken in by Cairo's gruff charisma, his natural talent for finance and negotiation, and (though she'd never admit it) his hot-temper and the manner in which he deals with subordinates.
