UNDER AUGUSTINE
Accessible through stairwells in the Alcazar building, Ponce Hall at Flagler, the Plaza Building at 1 King Street, and the north end of Saint George's Row, Under Augustine is a latticework of brick-and-mortar tunnels which form an underground mall with shops, restaurants, museums, and other businesses.
Though roughly two-thirds of the businesses close before midnight (and some earlier), Under Augustine remains open to the public around the clock, and is a favorite haunt for younger kindred - especially thin-bloods who do not enjoy the company of the Lonely Ones.
Supporting Cast: Late-night shoppers, janitors, teens hanging out after-hours, thin-bloods.

Other Systems: There are a lot of nooks and crannies, utility passages connecting to the sewer system and even the San Augustin Catacombs. A character with at least 1 Streetwise can access any point Downtown, on foot, in about half the time.
Bazaarcade
Located at the north end of Under Augustine, the Bazaarcade is a 24-hour arcade with a little corner store, which provides snacks, drinks, over-the-counter drugs, and odds and ends, like an afterthought of a convenience store.
Extravergent
Near Waxy Maxie's, is what can only be described as "Hot Topic - but more Goth". Extrvergent is a clothing and accessory store frequented by San Augustin's Emo and Goth crowds as well as the local cosplay community.
Extravergent belongs to Velvet Wednesday, and is the primary source of her income. The store remains open until 10pm; but doors are often open later, as the ladies who run the store (and Wednesday) hang out and close up while chatting with the club kids and scene girls who like to hang out in the Underground.
Waxy Maxie's is the demesne of The Velvet Children, who the Bois call "the Harpies." The Velvet Children are a coterie of very goth, very attractive thin-blood women who hold court at Maxie's and all but dominate Under Augustine, which they see as their hunting ground.
Waxy Maxie's
The tiniest of bar/nightclubs in San Augustin, Waxy Maxie's is an all-ages club that caters to the emo/goth scene without all the pretense of Savage Garden. Maxie's serves more wine than beer, and more Red Bull, Juice, and Sodas than either of those.
