Wendy Lapine is a San Augustin native, embraced by Whitney in 2018 to save her life after overfeeding in a Hunger Frenzy.
Since then, Wendy has dwelt with the Velvet Children, though she still has contact with her mortal family (who think she just turned out to be a lesbian after she got a job at a nightclub). Wendy works as a cocktail waitress and a drinks -girl at Waxy Maxie's, where she also fills in as a barback.
The young girl, in many ways, has developed into the most territorial of the Velvet Children - and the most in-touch with her Beast, which both worries and impresses her Sire.
The Character Sheet here says "Velvet Wednesday", but the sheet is Wendy's.
Wendy speaks English.

Wendy shares an apartment in the Underground with Whitney and the rest of the Velvets. She also has a room at her parent's house in the Shores, though they may have to move some things around as she appears to have moved out.
Allies
Wendy was mortal friends in San Augustin, who she can call on in a pinch. Ezra Antinori is the father of one of those friends.
Enemies
Wendy has made a point of antagonizing the Bois at every turn, and she is none too pleased that the Lincolnville Coterie has moved in.
Secrets
Wendy doesn't really pay that much attention, yet. She's, technically still learning the ropes.
