Glaze

Glaze opened in 2012 and is owned by Johnny Lu, the leader of the Chinatown Tong, a neighborhood street gang with delusions of grandeur, that is involved in extortion, theft, and petty crime in Chinatown, though they do occasionally do business with other gangs in San Augustin.

The club is open late, but caters primarily to Asian clientele. No one will tell a character they can't get in because of their race, but they won't make it past the door if they aren't Asian or in the company of an Asian ally. The Entrance to Glaze is an unmarked, industrial door in an alley behind Chen Imports. A single light illuminates the door.

The first obstacle to entry is the keypad. To gain entry, one must know the code (which isn't actually that difficult to learn, and it may be possible to wait around until someone who knows the code can let you in). Once inside the vestibule, one finds the second obstacle, the line and the doorman. Standard nightclub rules apply, but are also seasoned by the Asians-only filter.

Supporting Cast: Edgelord impresario, bouncers and bartenders (mostly Tong enforcers) and cocktail waitresses, scenesters, and a weeaboo who somehow managed to find a way "in", kids trying to look cool and get laid, creeps trying to hook up with people too young for them.

Resonance(s): Sanguine.

Other Systems: Most hunting tests here take -1 to Difficulty here, if you can get in. If you're not Asian, lose one die from Social dice pools here.
