Little Delhi
The north-west quarter of Lincolnville is populated primarily with Indian and East Indian people. Some of the old Victorian buildings now stand side-by-side with storefronts and garages. The neighborhood is probably over-populated, and hunting difficulties are all made at -1.
On the corner of Bridge Street and Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, the cultural heart of Little Delhi is Apalala Grocery, which was built out of a now heavily-modified victorian home in 1903, when Varun Apalala moved his family to San Augustin. The walk-in cooler in the back of the grocery (which is more of a large convenience store and Indian Deli) has a false wall which guards a stairwell that leads to Underworld and the Warrens.
Supporting Cast: Night‐shift attendant, tired old men drinking desi daru (traditional indian moonshine), bored young gang‐bangers, stray dogs that don't back down, a filthy bastard taking all the used‐car magazines, a yuppie DUI‐waiting‐to‐happen.
