Elks Lodge
The Fountain of Youth Lodge #649, also known as Elk's Rest, was constructed in 1958 by the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks of the World and the Pride of the Fountain of Youth Temple No. 413. During the 1960s, it served as a daytime strategy, training, and operations centers of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, and Canteen and Nutritional Center - a bivouac for hundreds of participants and foot soldiers of the civil rights movment.
The Lodge remains open until around 2am; but is generally emptied by midnight, when its primarily elderly clientele retires for the evening.
Supporting Cast: After-hours drinkers, the elderly - winding down, husbands seeking solitude, bartender.
Resonance(s): Phlegmatic.
Other Systems: Folks notice if regulars go missing; someone looking into a death here gains two dice on Investigation tests.
