Surf Station

Surf Station is easy to find. It's the gas station on the island with all the surfboards out front and the car sticking out of the 2nd story wall. Surf Station closes around 10PM; and even then, they're mostly open just so the surfers who don't like the atmosphere at The Pitt have a place ot hang out, and to sell drinks and snacks and emergency repairs to the skaters across the street. After hours, the skaters and surfers hang out at the Nalu's picnic tables and talk about everything and nothing until they begin to trickle out and head for home.

The Skate Park across the street is actually a municipal facility, but everyone assumes it's part of Surf Station, and no one seems to contradict it. Skaters of all ages hang out at the park, trying to outdo each other and helping the new guys do their basic tricks to build up confidence and get an edge up for the bigger stunts.
