Karan Patal

Karan is an Indian-born businessman who abandoned his business in favor of driving for Uber. In addition, he has purchased a limousine and a luxury SUV which select clients are able to procure on request. Karan is probably the hardest working driver in San Augustin, if not Florida, because he works, plays, and (very rarely) sleeps either of the two town cars he uses for daily driving. He tells his clients he is available "twenty-four seven, three-six-five, okay?", and he means it. If he's off the clock and gets a personal call, he has no qualms about clocking in and making the drive.

The only thing he will not do is drive out of the city. He has too many people who rely on his availability to just leave on a road trip, no matter how lucrative the fair.

Secrets

• Karan does not know the identity of the Blue Spectre, and he doesn't want to. He believes in the Spectre's mission, though, and so has been willing, so far, to drive him wherever he needs to go for no money (though he has accepted the Spectre's gracious tips, of course).
